A few years ago, the blues was represented in Romania only by a veteran festival (Sighișoara), but in recent years a lot of new initiatives have appeared, which means a new offer and a growing cultural/artistic demand from the specialized public. Focșani, Tulcea, Suceava, why not Brașov?

Transilvania Blues welcomes the specialized public with an eclectic mix of blues, presented for the first time in the festival in June 2018. The blues program continues from September 2018 with Transilvania Blues Nights, monthly blues concerts with international artists.

On September 27 and 28, 2019, we organized the second Transilvania Blues Festival, two days of top quality blues with bands from France, Italy and Romania!

After a year break, in 2021 we organized the third edition of Transilvania Blues Festival, with three days full of blues!

We organized Transilvania Blues Festival – Fourth Edition on September 30 / October 1, 2022!
